I saw my nutritionist today. She said that she looked into it and there have been no decisions made yet. She says that the company is standing by their product and it may just be that the other companies are trying to shake it up because they took so much of their business. She said that she is waiting for the verdict. I'm going to do the same.

That's entirely up to you, but I would put some more thought into it.

Does your nut's office sell Genepro?

Nope. She doesn't sell any products. The bariatric program at the hospital gave a packet with several products listed . Genepro was one of them. Unjury is another. I'm going to switch from genepro once this jar is done. I will wait for the outcome of the lawsuit though because so far there is no proof it isn't what it says it is.

a) the lawsuit is finished, Genepro lost.

b) a gram of protein has 4 calories. Genepro claims 98 calories for 30 grams of protein. 30 grams of protein = 120 calories. Science has proven this.

Plus, one scoop of their protein is supposed to have 30 grams of protein, but that scoop only actually weighs 11 grams. How do you get 30 grams of something in only 11 grams? It's unpossible.

People who love this stuff rave about how easily it dissolves, and how little taste it has. I bet if I used only one third the correct amount of my favorite powder, it would also dissolve really easily, and have very little taste.

Oh yes, I'd missed that part. Seriously. It's such a scam and sad that so many fall for it.

There are hundreds of whey protein isolate sources the everyone will agree are the very best quality. Why even take a risk? What do you, or your nutritionist, have invested in that company that you are willing to risk your health and well being?

They claim 30 grams of protein for only 98 calories. That's not physically possible. And their ingredients are:

Protein Blend (Instantized Peptide Whey, Hydrolyzed Whey & Genetic Hexapeptide Protein), Enzyme Complex (Amylase, Protease, Cellulase, Beta-D-Galactosidase), BCAA Blend (Leucine, Valine, Isoleucine), Hexapeptide Multi-Strand Amino Complex (Proprietary Blend), L-Glutamine

Why put all that crap in your body? Find a label that says 100 percent whey protein isolate.

It's easy for her to wait for a verdict that won't impact HER health.

I would count it as nothing. It's a big scam. They mislead consumers in so many ways.

There are at least a thousand varieties of fantastic quality protein from high quality manufacturers. There's no reason to gamble with the small amount of nutrition you are relying on. Please, make a different choice.
