Getting in fluids
Once upon a time a person posted here to say that about the low pH water that you can buy? That it felt easier on her stomach than regular water.
I've always done Crystal Light with no trouble, so I never tried that, but I thought it was interesting.

Protein shakes count toward your liquid ounces so if you can start with those, you'll kill two birds with one stone.
My tip is start sipping the minute you wake up and have a glass of something in your hand at all times until you go to bed, sipping every minute. I got to over 100 oz on day 4 that way and felt so much better.
Liquids is your priority right now. I like to make turkey soup and only eat the broth. Thank way I'm taking in some vitamins at the same time. I go through SF pop cycles like there is no tomorrow. But it counts towards your liquid. My doctor hasn't put me on protein shakes yet. He said that's the next step but that staying hydrated should be my main priority at this point. I was sleeved on the 27th of June. Good luck.
