I think yesterday was the first day I missed posting on the menu thread since I started posting after surgery! But, the good news is that doesn't mean I didn't stay on plan. I did, however, go to an amazing (!!) steakhouse in Annapolis, MD and have Filet Mignon for dinner. I also had one single bite tiny bite of cheesecake, and really it wasn't all that impressive or wonderful. The steak though, oh man. Today I get to eat leftovers.

My husband came to MD on his motorcycle to meet us (and is turning around to go back tomorrow). He had fun riding through the Poconos on the way.

D: Prime Rib and broccoli (no one can say I'm not eating well! Haha!)

S: Premier Protein (I've been drinking this in decaf coffee from a Ninja coffee bar. I need to buy one of these).

The place is called Lewne's Steakhouse and it's right down by the waterfront (and right beside Ruth Chris). I appreciated it because you order each part of your meal separate. So I ordered the Filet and asparagus which I shared with a friend. It's a pricey place ($35 for the petite filet) but the steak was VERY good.

Good morning! Made it through yesterday with 16925 steps!

Todays plan is to get to the gym in the next hour. Somehow, I got in on a European Weekend Warrior. I have 8 hours to get in my steps for that one. 13 hours for the challenge from the East Coast.

Yesterdays #'s: Calories-912, Fat-20g, Fiber-6.5g, Carbs-60.9g, Sodium-1695.6mg, Protein-127.3g, Water-2544ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 26% from carbs, 19% from fat and 55% from protein.

AM: K-cups with Vanilla Premier Protein

Br: Chicken Breast with Cottage Cheese & hummus

D: Chicken Breast with Cottage Cheese & hummus

Water & Vites

Treadmill and Elliptical - Possibly 2 hours today

I got confused and almost started a new thread! Though I can rarely tell you what day of the week it is these days anyway...

It's cool and cloudy this morning here. Kinda makes me want to crawl back in bed.

B - bacon and eggs (houseguests means Sunday bacon!)

Had a tough meal yesterday at lunch... didn't hit me until I was done eating, and then though, "Whoa, YTF did I just eat that?" Been far too stressed with the move and work, and I just slipped back into what I used to eat.

My birthday is in a few days, and waking up with a slight ache in my chest was not pleasant this morning.

Taking the extra long weekend as a chance to get my head on straight and back on track.

As tired as I am, I know it's definitely Sunday! I'm going to throat punch my sister if she calls me before noon again on one of my days off just to tell me a joke! lol Got up late so will probably only have 2 meals today...

If I'm in bed, the phone is either muted or (wait for it...) off.

If a family member repeatedly called me for nothing, they'd get a warning, and then a temporary block in the phone. Yay technology!

I keep it on Do Not Disturb so nothing rings through except my sisters and close family, just in case there is an emergency. They're just not used to me working so I have to retrain them lol
