Good morning everyone! Lower humidity today and a chance of rain but should be fairly decent to be able to spend some time outdoors. Went to the game last night and stuck to my plan. Ate some roasted peanuts in the shell. I think I needed the extra salt/potassium. Was able to learn from another poster re: feeling dizzy/faint.
Working on refinishing a dining table today. What are your plans today?
Have a wonderful day!
B: Protein Shake
L: shrimp, homemade ****tail sauce (low sugar ketchup), lettuce (grilled brat for DH)
D: low fat, plain, yogurt, ON cinnamon roll, flax
S: cold brew, Torani hazelnut S.F., P.P. caramel
E: swim jogging
I think it's Sunday. :) I could be wrong, since I am dopey.
Yesterday ended up being super awesome although I was pretty exhausted by 8pm! My mom arrived, we got to JC Superstar and it was an amazing production. Really, super amazing. (I've seen it before. This was amazing.) Then we went to the Ramen place across the street and then to the cheese shop before heading home! So lots of walking for me and stairs too! First stairs since surgery.
Today my mom is heading over for breakfast, maybe she'll stay for lunch, I don't know. She's got no specific timeline. Once she heads off I'll finish up my school work for the week and Art is going to grill burgers. Yay!
1: eggs, bacon
2: protein shake
3: burger salad, but maybe another protein shake
liquid and vites: on track - missed two doses yesterday due to being out and distracted
exercise: nope

You are seemingly "dopey", Gwen! My dogs, Queenie, and King found a G.E.O.D.E. under a manhole cover last night. Not sure where Miss N. is hiding today. Sure glad you found Erin today. Where is ?????? LOL Continue icing your wounds for good measure. Surprised you didn't keel over from the pain but thank God you had the properly prescribed meds. and a cane. Don't forget you can always use your strap. It is difficult to treat multiple personalities but I am sure there is an amazing, I a mean an amazing treatment out there some where. There is hope!
When are you going for your Master's ... aren't you getting tired of working on your B.S.??? Correct me if I am wrong, maybe you did have a Masters in manipulation, too bad not any more.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out your game.

I'm guessing you live in a state where pot is now legal? You might want to cut back.

Let me clear this up for you since you still seem confused. You started the thread and wrote FRIDAY in the subject line. Gwen was trying to be nice by telling you it is SUNDAY so you could correct your subject line so that others are not confused. Why are you attacking her????
