We are 150 years old today! For all those other Canadians out there and any visitors - enjoy the celebrations and fellowship we all feel today. I am proud to be a Canadian!

I am recovering from surgery bu****ching the festivities on TV while hubby plays 'nurse' (but not in the fun way, LoL!) I shall be indulging in Timmies as my contribution and Rolling up The Rim.

Canadians - how will you celebrate the day?

Surgery: April 30, 2014: HW: 288 SW: 250 Achieved Goal 149 lbs: April 8, 2015 CW: 158 lbs (working on losing 65 lb regain as of June 1, 2021. Weight was at 215 lbs). Fighting every darn day!

Lots of Canadians in my neighborhood celebrating today. Should hear lots of fireworks!

The weather here is terrible, I'm about an hour from Ottawa and we have thunderstorm warnings. Still proud to be Canadian though!!
