Thanks, Kristi! It will probably be this fall. I took a summer job that doesn't end until mid-August, so won't be seeing my surgeon to schedule until after that. I'm hoping for late September or early October.

The sooner the better:-) Hang in there Cathy. My summer job doesn't end until then as well, I have my shoulder surgery scheduled for September 15th. I thought I better schedule it so I don't back out of it.

B: protein shake (click expresso with almond milk)

L: 1 ounce cheese, 1 cracker- a real triumph given I was at a retirement function that had literally not one healthy choice, ugh

D: 4 ounces chicken (sous vide, no added fat) and 1 cup raw spinach leaves.

S: have not decided yet, maybe a smoothie made with yogurt, greens, 1 cup frozen strawberries, and cyrstal light if a sweet tooth is reigning, or maybe a lean protein. Won't know until a little later. Goal is to keep total calories at 800 for the day. I do want to get in another 15g or more of protein though, so it will be protein forward.

Oscar Mayer makes it. It has 3 items in it such cheese, nuts and meat. I haven't had them but my wife eat them occasionally. There several varieties that you can buy and pretty reasonably priced.

Yes! What cc said! I don't eat them as a normal item, but they work great for when I'm driving/on the road and many gas stations sell them. If possible I seek out the ones with Ham, Turkey, and Cheese or Turkey, Bacon and Cheese which both have 15-16g of protein and 180 calories. They measure exactly 2oz by weight, so are perfect for my portion size. The ones with nuts are 200-210 calories and generally 11-13g of protein.

Hello everyone,

Crazy week at work so far!

Accountability: I have been 100% on plan with the exception of eating less. Today is the first time on 4 days that I don't have such a small pouch/sleeve day. I haven't eaten 100% of what I planned but certainly more than the previous 3 days.

B:2eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: 2 1/2 oz turkey breast

S: 1oz turkey breast

D: 3oz flat iron steak, 1/4 serving ricotta bake, 2 fork fuls broccoli rabe

S: ostrim meat stick

Cals:584, Carbs:5, Protein:73
