Back to work today, wish the house had fewer boxes in it... loving my 10 minute commute to work, though!

B: 4 oz cottage cheese

S: protein shake

L: spiced up chicken with some spicy mango dressing from Trader Joe's

S: protein shake

D: leftover Chinese

E: too hot to walk, 140 flights of stairs instead

QOTD: The only thing I looked forward to in summer was the unstructured days. I've always lived in warm climates, so summer is just more of the same for me.

Congrats on the short commute, I changed jobs 4 months ago, traded in a 2 hour round trip commute for a 5 minute round trip commute. Love it

Nice commute! Less time in the easy bake oven! That reminds me, time to get new oven mitts for the car!

Yay for no sore throat today! I'm currently sitting in the hospital with my brother, hoping to get his test results soon and that they will release him. I nearly wore my son out this morning...made him take the stairs with me from the parking garage to the main tower.. and I deliberately parked a distance away so I could get in some steps, lol. A year ago I would've had to be admitted to the hospital for attempting that.

B premier shake

L lots of options here at the hospital, will go down in a bit and find some grilled chicken breast or something

D depending on what time we get out of here, we may stop for something..but I have steaks marinating at home in the fridge and would prefer that over stopping somewhere

Vitamins in. Water on track. Walking and stairs today, lol!

Oh God, Stacy. I'm so sorry. It's so hard. It's like losing a child.

D: Smoked pulled pork, salad w/baby leaf lettuce, shredded cheddar, parm pesto Italian dressing
