Help!

Warm bone broth all day and look at lots of before and after pics.
Go for a long walk? Read a book. Sing along with a musical. Talk to a friend! Distract yourself a lot :)
Drink more. SF popsicles. Go to the website of a clothing store you've always wanted to buy clothes from but never been able to and dream about your future wardrobe.
Funny story - I always coveted the stuff at https://www.pyramidcollection.com. I dreamed of the day I'd be thin enough that I could buy clothes from the site. Now I am and I pretty much think their clothes look dopey. Lolz :P

I still have aspirations to find the perfect Volcom hoodie. It's such a childhood (late teens) thing for me and it doesn't even fit my style. But I remember squeezing myself in a size XL for one shirt as a kid and I love that shirt. Now I could probably wear pretty much everything. Fox racing too.

Pre-op I also read every single post in this forum. So, um, I clicked on the "417" at the bottom and just read. Everything up until current day.

Sugar free popsicles, adult coloring books, crosswords, word search, Puzzles..love puzzles..I get lost in a good book or puzzle and it keeps my mind focused on something other than food. Nowadays I like to jump in the pool and get my float and tan on, lol. Keep my hands and brain busy so they cant put food in my mouth. My surgeon actually has a name for head hunger..He calls her "Helena" and he told me Helena lives inside...get off the couch and go do something, like take a walk. He says he straps his kids in the double stroller and hits the park near his house. The struggle is real, even for post-ops and bariatric surgeons!
