The first few days were horrible and I have almost 2 weeks of time that I'm "missing" and can't remember hardly any of. But I had great caregivers at home who helped me in and out of my chair and managed my medications for me, so I don't remember being in pain - I was just super doped up.
I'm 23 days post-op now and feeling almost back to myself brain-wise. I do get tired more easily still and I can't move in every way I want to yet, but that's to be expected. I'm super happy. :)
