Hi menu gang,

I got up at 9 am but fell back asleep till 12:30 pm so I didn't have breakfast till 1 pm. My meals will be off and probably won't have a bedtime snack.

This weekend i had a family reunion on Saturday and yesterday i went to see my dad. I waited to see my brother and SIL because I haven't seen her since she was diagnosis with liver cancer. I didn't get to eat until late, then I went crazy. Too many calories this weekend, back on track today

B spinach, red pepper, ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

Drinking coffee with a protein shake right now

L tuna and cottage cheese

D steak

Have a good day

Hey everybody! Hope you all had a great weekend. We had two evenings of rough storms coming through Kansas City, so our Boulevardia booth got closed down 2 hrs early on Friday and Saturday, but we still walked away with making $770 in tips for the doggies and kitties of TARA! yay! Took my husband to Olive Garden for dinner last night and if you have never had their Chicken Margherite and it's wonderful, with just 9 carbs total, 70 grams of protein and well over 2 full meals. Yummo!

B: Chocolate Premier/Coffee

S: Activia Light vanilla yogurt

L: 1/2 Chicken Margherite

D: 3/4 cup spaghetti squash, 1/4 meat sauce

ES (if needed): Triple Zero Oikos Strawberry yogurt

Water, exercise and vite/supps in!

I'm sort of able to think today. Which is good since I decided I should pay bills and actually look at my class which starts today. Then I realized I didn't need to do the 20 hours recommended per week for the class all on the first day. I definitely have limited mental capacity but it's nice to be using my brain again.

1: protein shake
2: protein shake
3: velveeta shells and cheese

liquid and vites: on track!
exercise: nope, but I'm getting straighter and able to take longer steps!

I'm pretty sure when I was in the first 14 days post-op here I actually posted "all the liquids" as my meals once :P It's super boring. I had huge liquid fatigue by the time I made it to pureed foods!

Good evening, everyone! Feeling like I need to kick my weight loss in the rump a bit! So, starting tomorrow I'm going to try to drop my calories back down to 600 for a couple of weeks and see what happens. I can't take the slooowwwww pace of this last 25 pounds!! lol If nothing improves, then I guess I will have to accept it's just going to take a while. I'm okay with that, but hey, if a little nudging helps, why not, right?

B: Carbmaster yogurt w/7g Fiber One cereal, coffee w/heavy cream

L: Pepperoni and Swirls cheese sticks

D: Southwestern chicken breast chunks, guacamole, baby leaf lettuce

Water and vites on track

E: Walking

Livin' La KETO Loca!!
134 lbs lost since surgery, 195 overall!! Initial goal reached 9/15/17, (10.5 months)!
