Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Sunday, 6/18/2017
I've been emotionally eating today. Horrible day for emotions. I did manage to go to church and to the gym.We always celebrated Father's day by camping and it was my Grandpas birthday today but we don't do that anymore since he died. He's been gone 5 years and it still tears me up.I grew up with an abusive stepfather and an absent father. The one constant was my grandfather. The one man who loved me unconditionally. I really do miss him. He grew up in the depression era and was hard nosed. He would tell me to watch my weight cause I was getting too heavy, he was concerned about my health. He'd take me for a blizzard after fishing and get up early to make me biscuits and gravy to show his love. He taught me to tie a fishing knot and skin a rabbit. He took me hunting even though I talked so much in the woods, I scared off the animals.

Happy Fathers Day to the fathers! I took lunch and a nice card to my daddy after church and visited for awhile. Now we are at my in-laws visiting and took them lunch and my father in law a card. Then it's home for a nap maybe.

Happy Father's Day! I have been estranged from mine for several years. Early morning walk on the Green Way. On the way back started getting a cramp in my upper thigh. Thankfully brough****er so drank, drank, drank and blasted the air conditioning in the car. (Omeprazole can cause cramping so wasn't sure if it was from the heat or the med.) Thank God it subsided before it went into a full blown spasm. Then on to the Art Festival in Nashville. Appreciate fellow Artists and their talents. Quick dip in the water before the storms; and, remainder of the day worked on refinishing a dining room table.

Today has been so boring, my net was done allll day long! I thought I was going to die trying to keep myself busy.
B - Dannon Light and fit greek Lemon Meringue
Meal 2 - Naturally More protein peanut butter with one Flackers cinnamon cracker (I used it as a scoop when I found out I could barely bite it and chew it)
Meal 3 - 2 oz KC Strip steak
Meal 4 - Strawberry premier protein
Meal 5 - Breaded fish from red lobster
Snacks - Black berries, and 1-2oz beef Jerky

I haven't seen that, it must have been discontinued. My very favorite is strawberry cheesecake. I buy a weeks worth at a time usually since every breakfast is the same (though tomorrow I'm going to change itup, going to try and up my calories a bit).
