Kind of nerdy but........
Some things that excite me about this weight loss life. I love seeing my days logged increase in my fitness pal. I'm at 500 days. My next goal is 1000 days. I love when you portion out your meal on the scale and you hit it exactly without adding or removing food to your container. I feel like I've won the lottery! The more I weigh the food, the more accurate I have become. I love having a meal last for 3 or 4 days and saving money.I love stepping on the scale and seeing those numbers. They bring back memories of when I was last that weight. For example, when I hit 170, that was the exact weight on the day I was 22 and delivered my twins.

Those are all good ones! I had a weight limit week. I was climbing a ladder and was so happy to see that I weigh less than the limit for it. Then I needed a folding step stool and saw I didn't exceed the weight limit for any of them at the store. And I've been shopping for a paddle board and no longer need one of the few made for large people. Weighing less is good!
Ditto on moving up the car seat and weight limits on things. I love reading the label on something and realizing that I am under that products weight limit. And for the first time in a very long time I weigh less than my husband! I am amused every time he gets in my car and has to adjust the seat..it uses to be the other way around, lol. And his jackets and t-shirts swallow me now.
