I need to stop weighing myself everyday. I use to do once a week but some how I got in this rut of everyday and it's starting to get to me when I don't see the scale move fast enough. I also feel like my body is holding on to water for some reason. My legs have a slight retention feeling to them. I'm 9 months out of surgery and the loss has definitely slowed down in the last two months. I'm wondering in the increased acid reflux might be the cause of some of that? I do feel hungry more and try my hardest to not snack.

B: L&F yogurt with bran buds, coffee

L: 3 oz deli ham with whipped Greek cream cheese n pickle

D: 4oz Cuban pulled pork

S: protein bat

E: none today, tail bone is sore from the bike yesterday
