Im still fighting the tiredness in the morning. Not sure what is going on.

B bacon and sausage egg muffins and string cheese

L tuna and cottage cheese

D sirloin pork chop

S Greek yogurt and cutie orange

W having a slow start but will end with over 300 oz at the end of the day.

Hey everybody! Happy Hump Day! I am getting LOTS of reminders that I should just stick with my Monday and my Friday weigh in days, as the rest of the days aren't being that great for me. :) Oh well, I trudge on and still KNOW that I have to track everything to know what is going on if (and I want that to be a big, not very plausible IF) I gain a significant amount of weight during that week. Congrats, Cecily! You are doing great. I only lost 5 1/2 lbs last month (my 6th month anniversary), so hang tough! :)

B: Chocolate PP and coffee

L: 3 oz. smoked ham, 2 T. hummus, 1 reduced fat sting cheese

S: Peach Triple Oikos Greek yogurt

D: 2/3 c. spaghetti squash, 1/4 c. meat sauce, 2 T. shred parm

Water: you'd think with how humid it is outside, I'd be gulping water, but lucky to get in 64 oz. I think it might be time for me to force myself to sit outside on our deck at night to get more aqua!@ :)

Exercise : 40 mins walking the caves at breaks

Vites/Supplements: will be all taken by 5pm!

I was weighing daily, then went down to monday & friday because daily was playing havoc with my head. Now I'm down to just once a week for the weight challenge, and it is easier to live with. All the fluctuations just mess with my moods too much. I don't need anything to push me towards a binge. And it's a nice big surprise to end/begin the week!

Totally agree with you both. I don't weigh every day either. My weight loss has slowed big time and I too get caught up with numbers. And yes, it leads to eating way more than I should. Every day is a challenge for me.

Had my 6 month checkup this morning and was thrilled when the scale showed a 10 lb. loss..that makes the grand total 113 lbs This blows my mind! Then I took my son to see the Captain Underpants movie for his birthday..he is 7 today and I celebrated by getting him candy while I had a vitaminwater zero, lol..no candy, no popcorn =WIN! I did get him a single, giant cupcake for after dinner tonight and of course he will have cake at his party Saturday. It is so hot and muggy here today..waiting on the storms to show up but for now the sun is blazing!

B premier shake

L birthday boy wanted Subway, so I ate the insides of my half of the sandwich and he of course ate the cookies

S Greek yogurt

D birthday boy wants chicken and dumplings so I will bake a piece of chicken for myself

Vitamins and water in. Kinda wanting a nap after all the running around this morning, but probably get in the pool later.

Hi all,

I'm back and trying to get back on track with my diet.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - pulled pork

Snack - spinach salad with mandarin orange slices and almonds

Dinner - buffalo chicken spaghetti squash casserole

snack 2 - if needed - meatballs and cheese

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!
