I admit it. I'm a kitchen appliance hoarder.

I've been told I have an addiction to small kitchen appliances. I don't think I do. I just NEED them! One of the reasons, along with being an emotional eater, I got fat was because I ate take out all the time! I was too tired and lazy to cook. Now I have 4 crock pots and put a meal in each one on successive days when I come home from work in the a.m. I usually work 4- 12 to 13 hour days in a row. Our dinner is ready when I wake up and we hardly eat takeout. The kids load the dishwasher daily and unload in the a.m. when they wake up after I go to sleep. I've spent a lot on appliances this last year, but it is still cheaper than all the fast food I was buying. I figure it's investing my health, not being a hoarder.

Count me in as a kitchen hoarder....It is what it is. My latest appliances of an Instant Pot (It's a pressure cooker, slow-cooker, yogurt makes, all-in-one appliance. I also have an Air Fryer...use it frequently--at least three times a week! I have packed away in storage my food processor, my immersion blender, my toaster oven, and various other items. I need to get a food dehydrator and an ice cream maker.

I LOVE my kitchen appliances.

I have been eying the air fryer and Insta-pot. I haven't bought one yet. I have an ice cream maker which I use for the kids.

My insta-pot has completely de-throned my crock pots. I've been thinking about getting extra pots for it, so I can cook multiple things back to back. It just totally kicks a crock pots ass.

They don't make the kitchen appliance I want the most...the cooking computer from The Jetsons! lol

I am a big fan of the Instant Pot. I got rid of the rice maker and moved the crock pot out to the garage for a rest. The IP does a great job with making meats tender.

I'm waiting for the price on the newest one to come down a bit, as mine doesn't have a "yogurt" setting. I do have a vintage yogurt incubator that does a great job, but only in small batches, and we go through a lot of yogurt. I'd like to make it into Popsicles over the summer.

I also like that it doesn't heat up the whole kitchen.

You can set an alert for it as well, so when the correct model shows up it emails you :)

I use to be this way before having to purge for my move from IL to CA. But I loved them all
