Good morning, VSGers! It's gorgeous this morning (and windy!). My kids had a successful sleepover last night and have a birthday party to go to today. That gives me four hours child free! I'm having some allergy issues, that won't seem to go away though. Marginally runny nose, but I have an eye that's watering and this morning the tear duct area is sore too. What the heck?

B: Dannon L&F w/ PB2 and Babybel + PP and coffee (it's nice enough to drink on the deck today!)

Warming up here, going to hit 90 this week. Not complaining, latest start to hot weather we've had in quite a while. Enjoying my day off, hoping to get something worthwhile accomplished today! I seriously need to make a trip to the recycling center, I'm getting overwhelmed with plastic drink bottles! lol

B: Dannon L&F 80 Greek yogurt w/28g Super 5 Seed granola, coffee w/heavy cream

L: Not sure, in the mood for some salad greens...have to go to the store! Thinking chicken, bacon and boiled egg on greens with some guacamole/mayo dressing. Knowing me, though, it will probably end up being turkey sausage snack bites and Swirls cheese sticks!

I've been really rocking the steps this week. It's been a goal to get my activity back on track. I have a couple hours til I go to my folks house. We dremel dog nails every Sunday. I'm down 1.4 from last week. I think my body may be in activity shock this week. Not counting today I have over 115K steps. Why can't exercise be, like, COMPLETELY enjoyable?!! Like, SWEAT FREE! I get the endorphin kick in, and my brain says, "lets do cartwheels and back flips"! And then I remember I'm not 14 anymore... POO!

Yesterdays #'s: Calories-1273, Fat-65.6g, Fiber-6.9g, Carbs-40.1g, Sodium-1350.5mg, Protein-132.2g, Water-2509ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 13% from carbs, 46% from fat and 41% from protein.

AM/B: Espresso, Vanilla PP, SF Peppermint Torani

Rest of the day: TBD
