Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Friday 6/9/17
We made it to Friday, friends! Yippee!! Congrats on the 5th anniversary, Rachel!
6 month follow up apt went great. Tim, the P.A., says to expect weight loss to slow down after the 6 month mark, but still proud and happy with the 80 lb loss. He thinks I can get down another 30 lbs in the next 6 months, but I told him I was going to challenge myself to make it 45 lbs. Weekend not too busy, and I am glad as I am trying to save funds for my Best Friends Animal Sanctuary trip and find some low cost airfare out to Vegas the 1st week of November. Hope that comes to pass soon!
B: Bananas and cream premier in coffee
S: activia light vanilla yogurt
L: 1/3 c 1%cottage cheese, 2 oz land o lakes black pepper roast beef
D: 3 oz Pollock burger (no bun), slice provolone, grilled green pepper and onion slices
S: if needed, strawberries, little truvia and 1/3 c. 1% cottage cheese
Water, exercise, vites, supplements in!
Walking Shelter Dogs on Sunday for 2 hours to get my weekend movement in!

Another quiet day here for me. Except orange is the black is out so i'm sure i'll get a few episodes in over the weekend. Really heating up here this week too. Upper 80's.

Hot in Phoenix today. 105. Ugh. It seems too early for that.
