If you lose enough weight, you will have some excess skin. There is no avoiding it. How much excess skin, or how it will look, there is just no way of saying. You'll just have to wait and see.

No matter how much extra skin you have, you'll still look and feel better than when it was filled with fat.

I've lost 100+ pounds several times but my skin toned up on it's own until I past menopause and even now I notice that my arms are not a flabby as they were a month ago.

What happens depends on genetics and maybe luck. Taking care of your skin and keeping the muscles under your skin toned can't hurt.

You have youth on your side so that may help, but honestly, odds are you will have loose skin after losing over 100 pounds. How much and whether or not it bothers you compared to others will vary.

My guess is that 80% of us have enough loose skin to justify plastic surgery. Have you been to many bariatric conferences or seminars? I have been to a lot so I have seen from personal observation how massive weight loss affects us overall. For many people, it doesn't bother them and they just live with it. Other people have a lot of plastic surgery. Others, like me, are in the middle. We fix the parts that bother us the most and make peace with the rest.

Focus on your health and losing your excess weight. The rest will all work itself out.

Youth is on your side, but odds are, you can count on some degree of loose skin, and yes, they do make spandex tank tops for guys to boost your confidence too.
