For the first time ever! I thought I had before, but holy crap. It was a measured portion too. Maybe I ate too fast or today was just a little sleeve day and I didn't listen well enough. I'm dying!

Hang in there!

Just out of curiosity, what was it? Your steak and peppers?

Yes! 2oz of steak and 1oz of veggies. I think I just ate too fast. It actually passed really fast, Thank God.

Yeah, a bad day like that really reminds us how small our stomachs really are. It stinks, but can be a useful lesson.

i've sometimes found gum to help when i've eaten too much. I think it gets digestive juices flowing, idk.

My worst moment was when I had two small bites of toasted bread. I felt like my stomach was going to burst. Now even the thought of eating bread makes me feel sick. The pain was tremendous and I thought about making myself throw it up tp end it.

Yeah, that was the feeling. Awful painful bloating and a combination of refluxing food and the need to burp but being unable to. I think I probably didn't chew something well enough or ate too fast because the sensation only lasted about 15 minutes.

I also considered that throwing up may be an option, as I felt the need to keep swallowing to hold it all down. I do not wish to repeat that. I'm going to go light on dinner for sure.

Yes, my sleeve has a fine line between "I can eat All The Things," and "Oh God, what did I do to myself."

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

Ouch! I know that feeling. Happened to me after I had a few green beans after only having 2 oz chicken. Literally thought I was dying for about an hour.
