Feeling better today and so far not much congestion. I'm feeling like I might end up with a cough though if the way my chest feels is any indication. Skipping out on lifting tonight, but planning on getting a walk in at the gym. It's 52 degrees and raining. I really, really need to move.

B: Dannon L&F and Babybel

L: Leftover chuck steak and sauteed peppers, onions and mushrooms + 1 TBSP sour cream

D: Egg, Cheese, sour cream and hot sauce

S: Premier Protein, Jerky, and Ricotta Cheese

Working on increasing calories to 700 daily and adding in some fat calories, without any carbs. The weight is flying off so far. I've lost a pound per day for the last few days!

I've had a stressful week and have stopped weighing and logging food. I still ate mostly protein and small amounts, but I grazed. My weightloss has stalled again and I don't know if it's just another inevitable stall or if it's my eating habits showing. Either way, back to weighing and logging!

I mentioned yesterday that I'm trying to refocus on eating well. My week has turned into a minefield. I have to attend a conference tomorrow and Thursday. My husband decided to throw a BBQ on Thursday night. We have a rehersal dinner on Saturday and a wedding on Sunday. Then my hubby asked me if I wanted to out tonight.

It is 100% possible to eat well while out. I personally find it much more satisfying to eat well when I'm at home. I like to enjoy the treats while I'm out. I'll be fine, but for me 100% on or 100% off tends to be my standard, so this is frustrating. I'm planning on a meat and veggieful BBQ and I'm sure the conference will have some salad and meat. I'm going to try to save my splurges for the wedding festivities.

B - fit frappe & coffee

L - salad w/ chicken

S - yogurt & berries, protein shake

D - pushing for leftovers -- we don't need another night out and our fridge is full

S - cottage cheese & berries

E - run @ lunch & crossfit

Follow up with my surgeon went well this morning. They want me to consult with GI doctor first to see if anything further can be done with my acid reflux before we proceed with a revision. I'm willing to give it a try. We will reasses in September at my 1 year follow up.

Finally have a beautiful day here today. Seems we go in a cycle of 3 gloomy days, 2 beautiful then back to gloomy. Can't seem to get motivated about my yard and deck this year, hopefully the sun will help that.

E-Walked dog early this a.m. for 60 minutes. 10 bench steps each leg(will increase each day)
