D-Chicken curry with cauliflower rice

W&V-on track

E-Yard work and walk dog in the evening.

Best of luck on your surgery, Gwen! I know you've been anticipating it for a long time!

Last full weekend off until mid-August. Now that camp has officially started, I work half days on Tues/Wed, and then am off on Sunday. I was supposed to be off all day Wed, but then I'd miss Crazy Hat Theme day, and I can't do that! lol Gonna be so much fun, though, I can't wait!

B: Dannon L&F 80 Greek yogurt w/15g Fiber One cereal, coffee w/heavy cream

L: Mini seedless cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan Pesto Vinaigrette

D: Avocado tuna salad w/cheese and egg

Yesterday's food day, I think, helped offset Friday's damage!

Yesterday's #'s: Calories-714, Fat-13.2g, Fiber-6.8g, Carbs-41.8g, Sodium-1852mg, Protein-104.6g, Water-1544ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 24% from carbs, 17% from fat and 59% from protein.

AM: Vanilla Premier Protein with K-cups

B: premier protein fiber crispy snack bar- cookies & cream (had to try them, but they are way too carbs for the protein)

D: Salad with cottage cheese & ribeye (no dressing)

WATER & VITES

E: heat advisory - probably not
