Woke up feeling great! Then I started talking and started coughing :P But I feel great otherwise! Yay!

I'm hoping to finally get to the farmers market this morning to say hi to my friends there. I can't really buy anything since I'm not planning on cooking for at least the next week but that's okay. We're getting together with friends for a late lunch and some gaming - they won't stay too late so I'm planning to get another good/early night of sleep. Today is a mainly liquid day - tomorrow I'll stick to all shakes and yogurt.

1: protein shake
2: whatever I find at the taco shop we're going to for dinner
3: protein shake
4: yogurt

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: nope

Well, last night I figured out that apparently being alone in my house for extended periods of time is a trigger for me to want to eat. I'm not alone much here. Husband works remote. I have two kids. Well, they are all gone this weekend and I wanted badly to snack. I didn't, but oof it was a rough night.

I have more plans today to hopefully stem any boredom. It's leg day with the trainer at 12 and I slept in until 9am (that was pretty awesome). Then I'm going to see my artist about my next tattoo and I made a plan with a friend for dinner. I've got this!

I slept in and paid for it with very weird dreams... Just walked the dog 2 miles and have more yardwork to do today before a chance of thunderstorms.

B - coffee and yogurt

L - chile taco casserole

D - same as lunch, but it's almost gone

S - protein shake

PS - I've been sitting at 0.6 pounds from an overweight BMI for 3 days. Hopefully I'll leave "obese" behind me soon!

I had the same problem, Cecily! Slept in and weeeeird dreams lol! Doesn't it seem weird to say, "Woohoo, I'm overweight!" That's how I felt when I was just "morbid" and no longer "super morbid" and now I'm "obese!!" YAY! lmao Fingers crossed for you!

Thanks, Cathy! It does seem weird for sure, but makes me happy. Weird also is that 221 is just "overweight" when you're 6 ft tall

LOL very true. I'm 5'3", so overweight for me is 165. Heck, my goal is 175 which will make me still considered obese. Do I care? Hell no!! lol

I'm planning on hanging pool side for a good part of the afternoon, but first off to the store for this weeks supplies. My nerves are up too since I applied for a promotion at work and they called Friday to set up an interview for it. I'm gonna be stressing about that all weekend. Fingers crossed.
