FIVE WEEKS.

I'm going to check in with the NUT next week and see if she has any hot ideas.

I even changed the batteries in the scale.

during the first year, my stalls were usually about two weeks long (even my "three-week stall"). After the first year, my rate of weight loss slowed down to a crawl and I really had to fight to get those last 50 lbs off, so any "stalls" were more frequent and lasted longer (although at that point I'm not sure if they were actual stalls or my body saying nope - not doing that...)

I stalled a week after surgery for a long 6 weeks I was sure I was the one who altered my body for no reason and that it wasn't going to work for me. I was a self pay and cried about it thinking i spent all this money but hang in there it finally began to fall off and at about a year out i had lost almost 100 lbs .

You got this.
