I put some of that PB2 powdered peanut butter in protein shakes when sweetness was overwhelming.
I also froze shakes into Popsicles.
Egg white protein is another option. I've seen recipes where they put it in Jello.

I take about 2 hours to drink my shake. I do that to keep the protein intake steady for 2 hours and also gets me close to lunch time.
