I'm feeling MUCH better today. Yay rah! Tomorrow I'll feel even better - can't wait!
Today is my last chance for fitness classes until July 26th, so I'm planning on going at least to Tai Chi. I'll evaluate whether I feel up to staying for Pilates at that point. This afternoon I've got a lunch with my bereavement group friends. I'm hoping for a great day!
1: protein shake
2: probably an omelet - the lunch is at Bob Evans and there aren't a lot of good options for me
3: meatloaf
4: yogurt
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: tai chi and hopefully pilates!

I had my monthly weigh in with my trainer last night and I have dropped 5% body fat this month. Whoop! Disclaimer: Yes, I'm aware the machines they use are classically inaccurate, but I figure seeing the drop in general on the same machine is progress. Don't rain on my parade. I'm now at the low end of "acceptable" body fat range for a woman. Soon I'll be in the "fitness" range!
I'm also skipping out on my interval run today because I'm sore in a major way and I have to go back tomorrow for legs and shoulders.

L: Might go out with co-workers and get a chicken breast. If not then I'll have turkey w/ laughing cow and cheese.
D: Eggs! I'm kidless and that means I get to cook what I like!

I always figure the same with body fat. My scale does it and while I know it's not accurate I feel that the trend given by the same instrument is useful.

Today, pretty much the same..
Breakfast was a scrambled egg, one and a half slices of bacon, one sausage
Lunch will be a P3 with chicken, cheese, and peanuts
Dinner not sure yet - I might make a fathead pizza crust
Snacks will be sugar free popsicle or babybel cheese or both..

It's cloudy, windy and cold today...sort of gloomy. Have a Graduation party tomorrow, nacho bar. That won't be too hard, just make nachos without the chips!

Feeling better today..maybe I'm starting to kick this cold' s butt for a change. It's so hot and humid outside, summer is definitely closing in on us.
