Can you beleive tomorrow is June already? The year is flying by... Today I'm going to get flowers for our window boxes. So glad to have an SUV now to haul them!

B - coffee and yogurt

Got a good 45 mins of swimming laps in last night so I was happy to see the scale move down a pound this morning. Arms got a good cardio workout! Hope to get another one in tonight but I also need to get a new swimsuit. I had to pin the one I had to hold the straps up.

B: 4 oz plain Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup bran buds, ciffee

L: 3oz deli meat with 2 slices smoked cheddar

D: salsa chicken

S: protein bar.

I got my butt kicked by my trainer last night doing Biceps and Chest. Holy hell. Pretty sure I won't be able to brush my hair tomorrow!

Has anyone else noticed that people are nicer to you when you're thin? I can't get over how much more they smile and say hello, etc. I must always have a baffled expression like "Are you talking to me?".

Yes, I've noticed more eye contact and a lot of "hello" with a smile. But, when I really think about it maybe there always was eye contact but I used to think people were looking at me because of the weight.

I have noticed this. But.. I don't know. I wonder if some of it is me? I'm a lot more confident now than I was before. I'm not in pain often just due to existing while obese. I feel like those things probably impact other people and their willingness to interact with me.

Yeah. I mean, maybe I'm just walking upright and making more eye contact. Who knows. But I still feel surprised. I definitely love myself more and I'm sure that makes me more personable.

I'm super sore from Murhp on Monday. It is a crossfit tribute workout to Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy often performed on Memorial Day. It was a great workout but ouch!

I'm loving the Sun lately and wishing I could spend hours outside everyday.

Food:

B - fit frappe & coffee

L - out w/ friend - unsure

S - yogurt w/ berries & protein shake

D - grilled chicken, broc slaw & some side

S - prob popcorn

E - crossfit

Aaaah, how is tomorrow June? I'm not ready to set my planned up for a new month and I know my progress toward my goals has been **** in May :P Oh well. Time moves on.

I seem to have acquired a sinus infection in NYC, so I'm heading off to urgent care in a few to get an antibiotic to kick it before surgery. I had other plans today, but they've all been canceled by the people I had them with, so I'll be able to rest more than I had intended! And go to the grocery store since I need to do that.

1: protein shake
2: spaghetti sauce
3: quiche! (I'm making 4, 3 will go in the freezer for post-op. My freezers are getting FULL. And that's with a small chest freezer and a stand freezer! Good thing we haven't been able to buy meat in bulk for a few years...)

Totally random question that you can tell me to bug off about if you'd like! I clicked on your TrendWeight and noticed that you have about 45lbs to "goal". Do you plan to keep losing after your plastic surgery or will you transition to maintenance?
