Back to work for me too after a long weekend. Atleast it's only a 4 day work week.
B: 4oz plain Greek yogurt with bran buds, coffee
L: 3 oz deli meat with 2 slices cheese
D: salsa chicken
S: protein bar
E: swim laps

Ugh, this cold is wearing me out..felt like crap but still managed to throw a meal together and visit with family yesterday..at least that means I have leftovers and can relax today. I am not hungry and the cold meds are making my stomach unhappy but I will attempt food again today..the chicken was acceptable yesterday, so we will see how it goes.

Vitamins in. Struggling with water (and food for that matter) No exercise planned.
Got my pain meds scrip this morning, off to get DRUGS in a bit lol! My knees will be so much happier tomorrow!

L: Turkey snack sticks and Cheese Heads Swirl string cheese
D: Smoked pulled pork, salsa verde, and sour cream

Breakfast - Dannon Light and fit Greek yogurt Strawberry Cheesecake flavor (Yumm!), Mini babybel
Lunch - Wisps cheese crisps with a serving of sour cream and chives dip
Dinner - Not sure, I really hate the idea of cooking right now... maybe a porkchop
Snack - Premier protein shake, beef jerky OR cottage cheese.
Yesterday I did pretty well. Trying to put protein first.
B: 3 hard boiled eggs mashed with cream cheese, hot sauce, butter
L: cheeseburger, maybe half? Took most of the bun off. And a bite of a steak tip!
D: chicken wrapped in bacon, stuffed with cream cheese, garlic, onion, red pepper.
S: nonfat Greek yogurt with coconut extract, flax and sunflower seeds, slivered almonds
W: a lot
