Since I got such great suggestions when I asked about vitamins, I'd like to know which unflavored protein powder has worked best for y'all in both hot and cold items.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions!

I bought a container of Unjury and never even opened it. I either use protein shakes or high protein foods. I've never really understood adding powder to low protein foods to make them high in protein, since chances are you'll end up with more calories than you should be having that way. (Like adding protein powder to oatmeal, for example. It's still oatmeal, which you don't need to be eating.)

You might try Unjury's chicken broth protein powder for mixing with soup?

One of the problems with the "unflavored" is that it's not really lacking in flavor. It reminds me of powdered milk a little bit?

I also mixed Syntrax Fuzzy Navel with yogurt. That was awesome tasting.

For the first few months, I used Beneprotein and added it to sugar-free pudding, soups, and made my own protein shakes with skim milk.

I started out with Syntrax Nectar Unflavored, but switched to Isopure Zero Carb, I found it to be the most cost effective. You can get it online or at GNC.

I'm a fan of UNJURY unflavored protein.

I have used the Unjury with beef broth and with sugar Free jello. Both tasted just fine to me.

i have a full container I plan to use post Surgery as I don't want to get my sweet-tooth woken up after spending months beating it into submission. So I plan to add it to savory flavors as much as possible.
