Tornadoes in our area yesterday. One hit a small town 30 miles southeast of us, destroyed the First Baptist Church's gym, and tore off the roof of their sanctuary. Luckily noone was hurt. I spent 30 minutes sitting in my pantry under the stairs! It's officially tornado season in Missouri.

Knees have been killing me all weekend. Did a lot of walking at work Thursday, lot of standing Friday. Out of pain meds (which I will get on Monday), and couldn't get in to see my orthopod until June 7 (he's on vacation). So chilling as best I can and will push through at work tomorrow, until I get my lovely pain meds after! lol Then they'll still hurt for another week, but at least I won't feel it as much hahaha Better living through modern chemistry!

I'm sorry about your SIL. My dad and my aunt are both undergoing cancer treatment, so I understand how scary something like this is. I hope Wednesday brings hopeful news.

Yvonne- my thoughts are with you and your family.

Well I am totally off track. All I've had today so far is just breakfast and about 30 ounces of fluids. This is my old problem with food. I get to working and I don't pay attention to my needs.

It's part of the learning curve. Maybe you need a camelback? That way you'll get your fluids. & you can carry some homemade trail mix in the pack as well.

Unfortunately I don't think that a camelback would d it considering that my cup was literally 2 feet from me 90% of the time. I get in a zone and just stay there. I had to leave the garage and get food.
