Working on our building today, and it's pretty warm but a nice breeze is blowing. All the kiddos from yesterday wanted to stay at my house last night, but they are all gone now and my son is leaving soon to spend the evening with his uncle..home alone with the hubs tonight I can see us now...him in the recliner and me on the couch, snoozing and catching up on the DVD shows, lol.
B protein drink
L tuna pouch with cucumber slices
D Idk, maybe we will venture out for a quiet meal or I will just pick a simple protein and veg (there were no leftovers of cheesy chicken and broccoli from last night, so maybe fish or burgers)
Vitamins in. Water is well on track today. Exercise: work on the shop.
Breakfast I had two scrambled eggs with mozerella cheese, coffee with sugar free syrup and a total of three tablespoons of half and half
Lunch I had a salad with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, mild cheddar cheese, and avacado with vinegrette dressing
Dinner I haven't eaten yet but I'm looking forward to my dinner. Its eggplant boats. You cut them in half long ways and bake them face down then after they are cooked flip them over cover in shredded italian cheese and tomatoes until the cheese melts YUM I had it last week and had to make it again.
If I'm hungry later I will eat a cheese stick and some baby carrots
I have a day off. I'm not sure how this happened! I have to see how many pairs of pants I have, because that means either laundry tonight or I can goof off and play Sims 4, heh.
Meals:
- 4oz brisket
- 1/6 of bacon feta crustless quiche
- protein shake.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
