I am toiling away at work, in minion-like fashion. Making a bacon and gruyere
IF to 2p.
Meal #1: Pea protein shake, which isn't as low carb as I prefer, however I suspect Premiere Protein shakes, and whey protein, are starting to give me tummy issues. Argh, Harvey, stop being an uppity sleeve! Going to give Unjury a shot again. If these keep not working, we're going to try beef protein powder. Since I'll probably revise the VSG, trying to find suitable high protein options.
Meal #2: siggi yogurt
Meal #3: rib eye!
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I've heard good things about cricket protein!
B: 4 oz cottage cheese
S: 1 oz jerky
L: 3 oz chicken, shredded carrots, broccoli slaw, and riced cauliflower with peanut sauce and fat free sesame vinaigrette
S: protein shake
D: Cheesecake Factory lettuce wrap tacos, first time, not bad!
Heading out to see GotG2 at the dine-in theatre, pretty sure all I can have is a burger. Contemplating having a little bit of popcorn.
