I worked out hard yesterday and could barely walk this morning.
I'm getting close to goal, so I don't care how much it hurts. It will go away..
B: Scrambled egg & two slices of bacon
L: P3 -cheddar, chicken, & peanuts + babybel mini
S: babybel mini
D: not 100% sure yet.. probably an "Atkins" meal or some hard boiled eggs, cheese & nuts.
I've kept on track, but I sure do feel like I could use some inspiration :)

L 4 oz lemon pepper salmon
D hubby has a meeting so me and my son are going out tonight...no idea where but I will behave..protein!
Vitamins in. Water good. Just regular housework for exercise today.
