Overeating
Mainly it hurts like hell.
When I accidentally eat too much it feels like a baby elephant is standing on my rib cage.
Not interested in that feeling.

It depends on where you are post-surgery. During the first 6 months or so, if you overeat, you'll hurl it back up in a hurry. Later on (1-2 years post-op), you'll find you can eat more that the first year. This is when you'll have to be extra-careful, as it's easy to pack the pounds back on by eating the wrong foods (junk carbs). Stay on plan, wherever you are post-op, and you'll do well.

It hurts and is nauseating. Plus, it makes me cry because I am physically reminded of my struggle to overcome my disorder. I'm winning more than before, but get so discouraged when I realize I'm not being mindful.
