Overeating
Your stomach explodes and you die.
You stay/become super morbidly obese and die from the complications of obesity.
You throw up.
You become really uncomfortable and regret it.
You feel totally fine, keep doing it, and stay/become super morbidly obese and die from the complications of obesity.
I.e., it depends a lot on the cir****tances.

I try to not overeat because I weigh and measure every bite I eat but sometimes even though my portions are correct just that last bite can be too much. I normally know and stop before that one bite too much but the rare occasion when that has happened I get what people refer to as slimes where it's kinda like mucus in the back of my mouth/throat and I have that overstuffed over full sick at my stomach feeling. Some people throw up when this happens but I have never been one that throws up often. I haven't gotten sick in years since well before surgery.
Had VSG on 9/28/15
Lost 161 lbs since surgery, LOST 221 lbs overall so far!!
I wanted to add, it's never good to overeat hence the weighing and measuring I mentioned above. When people overeat on a consistent basis it will lead to weight gain and many, many people have thrown away all their hard work after surgery due to going back to old habits of overeating and end up just as big or bigger then when they started the process. Always weigh and measure and track every bite.
