I take Trader Joe's High Potency chewable multi-vitamins. For the first six months after surgery I took two per day, then scaled down to one. My lab work has always been great. Trader Joe's are a fraction of the cost, calories, and carbs of specialty bariatric vitamins.

What do they taste like?

Very mild flavor. Kind of like a citrus-y punch if that makes sense. Very pleasant and light.

I use the Centrum Complete adult chewables. They are an orange flavor. Hit or miss being able to find then locally in a store (most carry gummies instead of chewables) but easily found on amazon.

There are patches available for the multivitamin too - I think the brand is Patch MD. I haven't personally tried them but have seen others post about them. Perhaps someone who uses can comment here regarding ease of use and lab work results. Since you have issues with taking oral medications, this could be an option.

Thanks. I'm ok swallowing what I have to, but know that I will avoid vitamin pills because of the frequency and size of them.

This is a bad option and I hope the OP does not consider it. Flinstones are incomplete and it's a disservice that some programs still recommend them to patients.
