All quiet here today, except for the rain is back and supposed to stay for a few days..

B egg whites and Canadian style bacon

L KFC grilled chicken breast

D pork chops and baked beans

S protein "milkshake"

Vitamins in. Water: working on it. Exercise: not much planned, just getting as many steps as I can.

Working from home today due to no power at my cubicle in my new work digs. Tried to walk mid-morning, but it was already in the upper 90s and I decided to go to the gym tomorrow for my walk instead.

B: 4 oz. cottage cheese

S: 1 oz. jerky

L: Chipotle - 4 oz. chicken, 2 oz. black beans

S: protein shake

D: ???

First day eating lunch provided by the camp where I work. Can't eat there most days, but today was good! Nice perk, and saves me some money!

B: Cheddar and mozzarella twist string cheese, coffee w/heavy cream

L: Grilled hot dogs, 1T cheese sauce, fresh broccoli and tomatoes w/1T ranch dressing

D: Bacon, Dannon L&F 80 Greek yogurt w/8g Fiber One cereal

E: Walking
