I slept horribly last night due to pain from a weird head thing so I ended up opting not to run this morning. I'll do some yoga after I post this.

Today should be a good day - but busy considering I'm on vacation! I've got a lunch date and then mental therapy and then a local political activism thing in the evening, so I'll be out of the house from 10:45 until 9pm or so. I should have some downtime to read, though, and that's pretty fantastic since I can actually read for FUN :D

1: protein shake
2: chicken caesar salad from Panera
3: maybe a protein bar? Unclear. Depends on where/when I get hungry.

liquid and vites: on track (taking the BIG bottle with me)
exercise: yoga!

Good morning! Getting this in quick before the crazy day begins.

Yesterdays #'s: Calories-1000, Fat-19.8g, Fiber-4g, Carbs-80.5g, Sodium-2548.3mg, Protein-121g, Water-2612ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 33% from carbs, 18% from fat and 49% from protein.

AM/B: Cinnabon Coffee(K-Cups) and Vanilla Premier Protein

Brunch: Chicken Breast, Cottage Cheese, Hummus

I'm struggling with pain as well -- my back is all tense and I have horrible knots in my hips / low back. I think that is causing my headaches radiating knots arg. i have an appointment with a chiropractor on Friday and I hoping it fixes it. I'm taking my workouts as they come and trying to only do things that don't hurt. Its a fine line -- sometimes working out helps lossen everything up, but pushing too hard can cause it to get worse.

Well, a really rainy vacation day. Yesterday turned out to be beautiful though so we did get to take advantage of going to the beach and being in the pool. Today I think we'll go do some shopping at the Outlet Mall.

I survived 3 days at the Rock on the Range with no problems at all. Luckily I had a media pass and had access to free water all three days, so I made sure to stay well hydrated. Got lots of walking in each day ( over 10,000 steps per day) and stuck to good protein options as best as I could. Was nice to be gone at a festival for 3 days and come home and see the scale go down instead of up! Now back to my regular weekly routine.

B: protein oatmeal, coffee

L: 3 oz deli ham and 2 slices cheddar cheese

D: burger minus the bun, with cheese and pickles

s: protein bar

E: rest day

Hey everyone! Sorry I didn't post yesterday. It was chaotic at work...MOnday at the post office! :)

B- coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer, cherry Triple Zero (first time I've tried....like that flavor) greek yogurt, 1 T. dry roasted unsalted peanuts stirred in. It would have been better with my dry roasted almonds I just picked up at Sprouts last night. :)

S: I cannot lie....a small sliver of my awesome co-worker's Lemon Pound Cake....ergh.....but it was so good. Devora is the best baker. :(

L: 1/3 c. lobster mixed in with 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese

D: 3 oz brisket, 1 oz Colby jack melted over it.

Water - back to struggling...making 48 to 50 oz a day. Vites and supplements in.

Picked up to 50 minutes of walking at breaks and lunch combined, doing about 2 miles a day plus arm work.

Gwen and Stacy, hope you both get your pain under control this week!

Woke up extremely hungry this morning, my first time waking with substantial hunger. Maybe because I mowed the lawn yesterday, half of it on two hills!!

B-1/2 Chocolate protein shake(upon waking at 5:30)

1/4c steel cut oatmeal with 2tbsp flax meal(later in the a.m.)

L-Hard boiled egg with 2oz turkey breast

D-Plain grilled chicken breast and dinner salad

Maj Jong tonight, so out for dinner before we play. Hope everyone has a great Tuesday!
