Snack: bunless burger and coffee

Turned out to be a crazy, hectic, drama filled weekend..nothing new for my family, lol. We bought the property next door (where my grandmother lived) and have been remodeling a building since we are going to open a business there. And we are making the house more wheelchair accessible so my dad can move in (He lost both his legs a few years ago thanks to diabetes and circulation issues). Then yesterday I spent all afternoon trying to help my brother..that resulted in an ambulance ride to the ER and a few hours waiting. He is better today.. but I am exhausted and feeling the effects of yesterday's low protein and water.
