Whatcha eating today VSGers? Monday, 5/22/2017
I have had four days of indulgence and my scale "rewarded" me for this by being up 8 pounds from my lowest weight. No surprise here. I know it'll come off quickly with diligence and that's what I'll do as plastics is in 13 days! But I survived last week and I'm looking forward to this one being a bit easier. No graduation or parties or voice recitals. Just seeing friends, reading, exercise, and NYC for Hamilton at the end of the week.

3: chicken cordon bleu casserole (it's really a sauce type thing served over rice, so I'll just do the sauce, the guys will get the rice)

Vacation continues! Headed out to "run" soon. I'm taking advantage of how flat it is here! Supposed to be warmer today, but a bit wet. I'm hoping we can spend some time on the beach.

Countdown to surgery.Yeah for you! I'm on the back deck in my pj's grilling chicken breasts for breakfast and lunch. I really like this new grill. I have to work tonight so this throws off my calorie count. I'm up for 24 hrs and I want to snack all night to stay up.

Yesterdays lunch with a dear friend ended up being her secret birthday for me. She brought me two cookie jars from Target, one is a powder blue French Bulldog (I have matching salt/pepper shakers) and one is a white English Bulldog. SO ADORE-A-BULL!!! I have to clear a place to put them, and will fill them with doggie treats! I also shared a chocolate brownie with her, which was nice. And I walked away from the brownie leftovers! But I didn't bother to try to track the remainder of the day. I had a lovely large salad that had bacon, chicken, avacado, bleu cheese, tomatoes & green onion.
So today, back to the routine!
