Yesterday was a great but exhausting day. My party went super well and I zonked out the moment my head hit the pillow. Today is another crazy day, but hopefully slightly less crazy. I've got my voice recital (last for the year since I won't be able to do voice lessons while recovering from plastics) and then my mom will head home after spending FOUR awesome days with me. It's been great and I'll miss her. Then normal life resumes tomorrow. Such as it is during this break between school end and plastics beginning..

1: protein shake
2: protein bar (I need to eat something before the recital, but I don't want to eat anything heavy, so a bar it will be.)
3: no idea yet. Unclear if we'll eat somewhere on the way home after the recital or what.

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: nope!

How about you?

B: triple zero yogurt

L: progresso split pea with ham blended into purée (1 cup, slowly)

D: same but with one scoop of unjury unflavored protein

Not enough protein today but I am starting to loathe protein drinks. I guess I will drink a little of that for a snack. I'm having a cheat day on my protein.

Question on the soup. I had a cup of soup each meal. Should I eat less? More? Note, two weeks post-op.

Soup is a liquid, so a cup should be fine. Why not put unflavored protein in the soup both times, then you don't have to worry about your protein?

I was going to put protein in both soups. But I worry about how many calories I should be eating.

Yogurt was 120

Soup 260 for all

Protein 1 scoop was 90

Snack I'm eating now is another yogurt 120

Thats like 600 calories!

Lets see 30grams protein for all yogurt, 16 for all soup, 21 for unjury. So sort of okay there.

600 calories is fine. Most people stay between 600-800 for their losing phases. Most important is to focus on liquids and protein right now. Once you get to solid proteins, you'll find that you can eat so little that your calories will be low anyway for a while.
