Hi Gang! Almost to the end of the work week! Whoohoo! I bailed on going to the new Costco last night. We had some severe winds going on through the Midwest and by the time 6pm hit, I just wanted to go home and snuggle on the couch with the pups, since my husband had been out all day doing rescue transports. Tomorrow, perhaps, to see if they have some great Protein samples and coupons! :)

L: Turkey Stuffed Pepper

D: Turkey Stuffed Pepper (my hubby gave up on eating them)

Eve Snack: 1/3 c. cottage cheese, 1 T Sugar Free Strawberry preserves, 5 fresh strawberries, all thrown in the Ninja. :) Yummo!

I've been up since 430. Been to the dentist and to the hair salon to get highlights.

Continuing to ratchet down on my food while keeping the same level of activity.

B: Oikos Triple Zero Chocolate Greek yogurt

S: 1 oz. jerky

L: 4 oz. spiced up chicken, 1 oz. jerky

S: protein shake

D: Chinese food, either curry or mu shu minus the pancakes

E: 45 flights of stairs and two 5 kilometer walks

How exciting, Gwen! Enjoy the heck out of that graduation ceremony, you deserve it!

MUCH better day at work today, and brought in my lunch so all was good. Getting settled in, and looking forward to a fun summer! (Did I mention it's in the office at a kid's summer camp?!)
