Whatcha eating today VSGers? Wednesday, 5/17/2017
Good morning! My pre-op appointment with my surgeon yesterday was awesome and I think I'm all ready for surgery! Maybe. At least I have all of my instructions and I've paid all of his fees in full. I still need to pay the hospital in full, but I can't do that until they call me. He thinks he won't have to do much, if any, muscle tightening. Yay for pilates! (And being childfree.)
Today I've got fitness classes in the morning, cooking for my upcoming party midday, and the honors convocation at college in the evening. Fun times :)
1: protein shake
2: leftover cold steak salad
3: hibachi salmon from the local Japanese place. (Not SUSHI.)
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: pilates class, yoga class - I haven't been to yoga class at all this term because it conflicted with an academic class, so I'm SUPER excited.
How about you?

Nothing! Yet. It is 6:53 and I'm being lazy. I'm still in bed. We will see what the day brings food wise.
I did the first day of C25K yesterday, just because I was interested to see how I'd do. I'm glad to started way slower than that. It was hard, but I did it outside and it was doable. I also got in a walk yesterday, so I counted over 7 miles of steps!
That's good, because today I don't think I'm going to get time for much. I have a car appointment, so maybe I'll manage a walk during my appointment. But it's one of the first truly hot days here and walking my work clothes may be a poor idea.
Only today and tomorrow at work and then I'm on vacation! We leave Friday afternoon when the kids get home from school.
B: Dannon L&F w/ PB2 and Babybel
L: Grilled Chicken Breast w/ Mayo
D: Boneless, Skinless chicken thigh
S: Premier Protein and a handful of popcorn
E: Maybe a walk, we'll see.
My weight has been bouncing in the same pound now for a week. I can't complain, but I want to!

I ate a Dannon L&F today for the first time and it was yummy. Do you eat the whole thing or limit yourself to 3 or 4 ounces?
