Sorry for the confusion! I meant that I take my 2 woman's gummy multi-vitamins in the early am and then every 2 hours I hit up with 1 of my supplements.....1 iron, 1 b12, 1 biotin, 3 calcium citrate petites.

Summer has sprung this week, got shorts on today.

B spinach, yellow pepper, ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna and cottage cheese

D ribeye steak and broccoli tots

S Greek yogurt and turkey sausage snack sticks

Was really physically hungry yesterday for the first time since surgery and didn't handle it well. I grazed on protein and didn't weigh or log my food. But, this morning my stall finally broke so I'm feeling good!

Yesterday was my first really good day since the 5th. But electricity went out at the gym, so they closed and I didn't get my training session.

Yesterdays #'s: Calories-809, Fat-25.1g, Fiber-4.8g, Carbs-40.1g, Sodium-2460.9mg, Protein-97.6g, Water-2820ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 21% from carbs, 29% from fat and 50% from protein.

AM/B: Espresso with 1/2 premier protein and SF torani peppermint

brunch: chicken breast with cottage cheese and chipotle hummus

S: Carmel premier protein

D: Sweet Kale Salad with Ribeye

E: weather woozy and too dizzy to hit the gym

Good morning everyone(still a.m. here:-) Hope everyone has a wonderful day. I think the lack of sun is getting to me, been a little down for a week or so. It's been a long hard winter and spring is being very stubborn!

B-4oz Noosa with 2tbsp power seed mix

S-Hard boiled egg

D-Going out for dinner before my weekly Maj Jong game, some kind of protein with veggie

W&V-Vitamins on track. Been slipping on water intake, will do better today.

I got a job!! Woohoo! It's only for the summer, but at least it's a job lol. Start Wednesday morning, so today is a busy day getting my stuff together.
