Slept in til 9. Got on the scale because I thought it was Sunday. I was shocked. I don't know about exercise today. I had heavy workouts all this week and, though my legs no longer hurt from Monday, my arms and abs are killing me!

yesterdays #'s: Calories-1018, Fat-49.1g, Fiber-7.4g, Carbs-35.4g, Sodium-1599.8mg, Protein-108.5g, Water-2109ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 14% from carbs, 43% from fat and 43% from protein.

AM/B: espresso with SF Torani peppermint and Vanilla Premier Protein

L: Chicken Breast, cottage cheese, and spinach artichoke hummus

S: sliced cucumber

S: Chicken Breast & Havarti

Oh, I hear that. I must have eaten tuna and cottage cheese 5x a week when I first started solid proteins lol. I'm one of those people, too. I can eat something I like ALL the time, unless I just force myself to have something different. My new obsession is anything with avocado, and also smoked pulled pork. Which reminds me, I must go get some more today

I've been eating a bit more steak lately too. I love sweet kale salad with steak. The warm juices from the steak spread the poppyseed dressing and its just yummy!

I am 9 days post op so full liquids. But today is the first day I tried something other than shakes and yogurt. I whipped up some tomato soup blended smooth with a little cottage cheese for lunch (breakfast was a shake). I am curious how much soup is usual to eat. I definitely did not eat to full because I don't want to become ill. It was probably about 1/3 cup, total. Is this a proper amount?

Dinner will be a shake again. Gosh, I am tired of shakes and sweet stuff. Can't wait for more savory options!

It's another liquid, so you should be able to consume as much of that as you can protein shake.
