I ended up working nearly a 16 hour day yesterday, but still got in my walk/run in the middle. I think today will be a rest day though. I woke up sore (from leg day) and generally run down. I'm hoping maybe to be out of her today by dinner time or shortly after. On top of that my weight is up some and I know it's because my feet were swollen from walking in dress shoes all day!

B: Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese (they serve bagels and lox to our BOT and it's our tradition to snag some once they go into their meeting. No bagel this year!)

L: Dannon L&F w/ PB2 and Babybel

D: Protein bar, or something at home depending on what time I get home.

I'm up early to get in some READING FOR FUN time before heading out to the movies with Lance. We're seeing The Circle, King Arthur, and The Lost City of Z. I'm excited! First big movie day in a while due to the school schedule.

1: protein shake
2: probably a protein bar while at the movies
3: fish tacos from the mexican place by the theater!

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: nope! But I did my fitness classes yesterday and they were great and I'm going to try to run for the first time in forever tomorrow :D

Oh and ARGH! I had lab work done on Wednesday and the online portal says, "We sent the results to your doctor but you can't access them online until Monday and Tuesday morning."

ARGH!! I want to see the results NOW.

Still at work...don't get to go home for another couple of hours and then unfortunately no sleep for me because my landlord is showing our house to her real estate agent and I have to clean like crazy before she gets there!

Busy day for me today. After getting my hair redone I need to go shopping for shorts for next weekend. I haven't worn shorts in years but I want to try them out again. Even if it was 90 degrees out I was wearing jeans to hide my legs. Hoping this goes well.

B: 2 eggs hardboiled, coffee

L: left over grilled chicken from last night.

D: thinking crack chicken. I've used up most of my freezer meals I had prepped

Good morning,

I was at the store yesterday, all the hanging plants wishing I didn't live in apartment without a balcony and also missing my mom because I would buy her flats of flowers for mother's day. I can't believe its been 20 years since she left us.

B spinach, yellow pepper, ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

D going to the casino, hoping for shrimp ****tail

This is a hard time of year when you've lost your mom, isn't it? The endless Mother's Day ads and sales emails that are supposed to make me buy things just make me sad and remind me over and over I don't have my mom anymore...

I am so very lucky to have good friends that want to get together before I head to MI for the summer, but today is the 4th day in a row I've had lunch out this week! Makes weight loss a challenge even if I can't eat much...
