I made pudding protein pops. They are tasty and help with the chewing a bit.

Your liquid stage is so much longer than mine. I have an appointment on Monday with the NUT. I'm hoping I'm ready for the next stage, soft foods. My plan doesn't have a puréed stage.

Protein in pudding pops:

2 cups Fair Life Skim Milk

2 scoops chocolate or unflavored protein powder

1 box sugar free fat free jello pudding

combine protein powder and milk, then add pudding mix. Freeze in small cups with popsicle sticks or use molds that are from the dollar store.
