Have been at 1000 cals for the last month or so, but I'm just not losing so dropping them back down to 600-800 a day. Hopefully this will get things moving again! I'm not ready for maintenance yet!! lol

One week since my early birthday celebration and I think TODAY I MAY FINALLY have my food back on track. Yesterday wasn't bad, but the numbers were high because I was just so darned hungry!

Yesterdays #'s: Calories-2126, Fat-110.8g, Fiber-9.4g, Carbs-86.8g, Sodium-2819.4mg, Protein-196.5g, Water-2555ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 16% from carbs, 47% from fat and 37% from protein.

AM/B: Premier protein Carmel and espresso
