Tell me your stall story
on 5/11/17 4:54 pm
I'm on day 12 of my first stall and am trying to stay calm and continue to follow the plan. I'd love to hear your stall stories to help me keep things in perspective!
Honestly? With all the reading I'd done on OH prior to surgery, I knew that "stalls" were just a fact of losing weight. I was also a dedicated user of Trendweight pretty much from day 1, so even during my "stalls," my weight trend was still going down, so it never fazed me. And when my weight loss actually did come to a halt, well, I knew why - so, again, it didn't faze me.

The one month I had zero weight lost on the scale, I dropped 2 dress sizes.
Stalls for me always mean dropping a size or 2.
