VSG on 10/31/16

Had my 6-month follow up with my surgeon on April 28th. Just got the results of my vitamin levels...all were normal!! YAY!! Guess I'm doing that part right lol

That's fantastic news! It can be hard work to balance nutrition after surgery so kudos to you for making it work
