Got all my steps in yesterday and went over just a tad on the food to get my protein up: Calories-1133, Fat-48.3g, Fiber-6.4g, Carbs-40.3g, Sodium-1466.4mg, Protein-114.1g, Water-1754ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 15% from carbs, 42% from fat and 43% from protein.

AM/B: Espresso with Premier protein & SF peppermint

L - going to a pho place for lunch with a friend. I figure the meat (chicken) and broth is good and just a bite of the noodles

Vitamins and water good. Already did my rowing today..may pop in a walking dvd or I found some yoga and Pilates dvd's in my mom's stuff, so might check them out. And I found out about an aerobics class close to me 3 nights a week..thinking seriously about checking this out when baseball is over and I will have time. They also offer Zumba, but I'll have to work my way up to that lol.

Did someone lose some carb cravings? Cause I think I found them! Luckily I don't keep that stuff in my house or I would be in trouble. One of those days where it just doesn't feel like enough.

B: 2 hardboiled eggs, coffee

E: might hit the gym for some recumbent bike instead of walking
